Irwin Mailing Services does not use, sell or in any way use customer's mailing lists for any purposes other than requested by the customer that own the list. To avoid conflict of interest, Irwin Mailing Services does not manage mailing lists or in any way deal with mailing list companies. One exception is the purchase of saturation walk-sequence (resident/occupant) lists of addresses in Walla Walla, Columbia and Umatilla Counties for use by our mailing customers.
